OEM production process

1

Enquiry and Meeting

Looking at the design images presented from our customer or the design images we created from their product image, we consult with our customers and decide size, shape and order amount. We present rough estimates and delivery date.

Creating design image

Based on our customers request, we prepare design image. After our customer agrees on our rough estimate amount, delivery date and specifications, we move on to sample making.

Sample making and Supervision

We present the product samples made on the basis of the confirmed design image.
After our customer’s supervision, we make changes needed to get the sample closer to an ideal.

Sample accomplishment and Ordering

Once our customer agrees after sample modification, Our sample is completed. We present our formal estimates and delivery date. Our customers can order the products after they agreed on our estimates and delivery dates.

Production, Needle detection and Product inspection

Once we get an order, production starts. We conduct order amount confirmation, needle detection and product inspection with considerable care. ※We usually ask for xx months from start of production to its delivery.

Product delivery

We deliver our products to the designated destination after we complete our production process including quality verification.
